The EU Parliament has passed a law that allows UK citizens to travel without a visa to the 26 countries in the Schengen area, even if the United Kingdom leaves the EU without an agreement.
The condition is that British citizens cannot stay in Schengen countries for no longer than 90 days.
Four EU member states – Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus and Romania, are not members of Schengen.
