The Stari Most (literally, “Old Bridge”) the famous and iconic 16th-century Ottoman bridge crossing the river Neretva in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Construction started in 1557, and the bridge was opened in 1567. It was destroyed by Croat forces on 9 November 1993, and reopened on 23 July 2004 after three years of rebuilding works.

Besøkskapasiteten i Geirangerfjorden sprengt, og turistsjef Ove Skylstad håper på en utvidet sesong. – Vi kan ikke ta imot stort flere turister enn vi gjør nå. Vi må jobbe for å utvide sesongen, slik at ikke «alle» kommer samtidig, sier han til DN, ifølge NRK.
Geiranger ligger i Stranda kommune i Møre og Romsdal. Geiranger cruisehavn har rundt 190 skipsanløp denne sesongen, mens den andre cruisehavna i Stranda kommune, Hellesylt, har rundt 120.
I dag 30.juli er det tre cruiseskip i Geiranger med vel 4700 passasjerer, men antallet kan av og til være høyere, både med antall skip og passasjerer.

Stadig flere velger å feriere i Norge og Den Norske Turistforening (DNT) melder om rekordår, skriver NRK. DNT nærmer seg allerede rekordhøye 500.000 hytteovernattinger i jubileumsåret. Til sammenligning hadde de totalt 450.700 overnattinger på hyttene i 2017.
