Kirkene som foreslås nedlagt er Bakkehaugen kirke på Tåsen, Sofienberg, Lilleborg, Iladalen, Klemetsrud, Stovner, Ellingsrud, Romsås, og Østre Aker kirke på Ulven.
Videre foreslås det at leieavtalen med Lovisenberg kirke blir sagt opp.
