The Mayor of the Mongolian capital city Ulaanbaatar, Sundui Batbold praised the upcoming re-opening of the Polish embassy in the capital, during his meeting with Poland’s ambassador, Michal Labenda this week.

– Mongolia and Poland have a long history of bilateral relations. I am convinced that the Mongolian-Polish ties will even broaden and come to a new level, said the mayor.

He added that Ulaanbaatar and Warsaw have lots in common which will make the cooperation development between the two cities smoother.

The sides highlighted development of bilateral ties in the fields of transport, education, agriculture, infrastructure and environment.
