The Embassy of Peru has started it’s operation in Baku, capital city of Azerbaijan, the Azerbaijan Foreign Ministry reported, according to the news.az website.

The newly appointed Charge d’Affaires of the Embassy Luis Chang Boldrini recently met with head of the Department of State Protocol of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Parvin Mirzazade, where Mr Mirzazade wished Chang Boldrini success during his diplomatic tenure.
