Valentinsdagen er akkurat unnagjort, og Thailands turistkontor, Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), har markert den store dagen for alle kjærestepar med særbehandling når de ankom Suvarnabthumi internasjonale flyplass i Bangkok. Men, selv om 14.februar er kommet og gått, så vil TAT fortsette med opplegget en stund til, skriver VG.
Fram til 28.februar kan forelskede par benytte seg av “Premium Fast Lane” gjennom passkontrollen. De blir fotografert og får en liten gave som minne om turen til Thailand.
I tillegg får kjæresteparene tilbud om å delta i trekningen av premier som spa-behandling, hotellrom og restaurantbesøk.
Dette er et PR-stunt som inngår i kampanjen “2015 Discover Thainess”.

Valentine’s Day has come and gone, and Thailand’s national tourist office, the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) marked the big day for all lovers when they arrived Suvarnabthumi International Airport in Bangkok. The TAT will now continue the scheme for a while.
Until February 28th may couples may use the “Premium Fast Lane“ through passport control. They are photographed and receive a small gift as a memento of their trip to Thailand.
In addition, they are offered to participate in a raffle of prizes like spa treatment, hotel rooms and restaurant visits.
The scheme is a publicity stunt related to the “2015 Discover Thainess” campaign.
