Den amerikanske rap-artisten, låtskriveren, plateprodusenten og skuespilleren Eminem kommer til Norge 30. juni i år, for første gong siden 2001. Det skriver Universal Norge i en pressemelding, melder nrk.no 

Den 45 år gamle rapstjerna, som egentlig heter Marshal Bruce Mathers III, skal opptre utendørs på Voldsløkka i Oslo.

Eminem kan forøvrig feire 20-års jubileum som artist i år.

Det er aller meste er høyt og stort i Dubai, og nå bygger emiratet igjen verdens høyeste hotell, skriver Se og Hør.

Det nye Gevora Hotel på Sheikh Zayed Road i Trade Centre-distriktet blir hele 365 meter høyt, og med det slå nåværende verdens høyeste hotell JW Marriott Marquis Dubai – med en meter.

Hotellet åpner i løpet av 2018.

Dubai er ett av de syv emiratene i De forente arabiske emirater, der Abu Dhabi er føderal hovedstad.

Vietnam has opened a consulate office in Macau. Addressing the opening ceremony, Vietnamese Consul General in Hong Kong and Macau, Tran Thanh Huan said the office aims to better ensure the rights of Vietnamese citizens and tourists in the region, vietnamnet.vn website reported.

Huan expressed his hope that the office will receive active and effective support of local organisations and enterprises, as well as of the Vietnam Fellow Countrymen Friendship Association in Macau.

Macau is home to more than 20,000 Vietnamese people, mostly domestic workers and service staff at casinos.

There are also several Vietnamese-run firms operating in tourism and services

Macau, a former Portuguese colony, is a Special Administrative Region in the People’s Republic of China.

Til høsten lanserer det latviske flyselskapet airBaltic ny direkterute fra Oslo til Estlands hovedstad Tallinn, skriver Travelnews.no

Ruten starter opp 28.oktober, med avganger to ganger i uken.

– airBaltic tilbyr den beste forbindelsen til og fra Baltikum i tillegg til gode forbindelser via Riga til nettverket vårt gjennom Russland, Europa og Midtøsten. I fjor økte antallet airBaltic-passasjerer i Skandinavia, noe som viser at det er økende interesse for å reise til Baltikum både på jobb- og fritidsreiser, sier Martin Gauss, administrerende direktør i airBaltic, i en pressemelding.

I tillegg fortsetter selskapet å fly fra Oslo til Latvias hovedstad Riga, med forbindelser til sitt nettverk gjennom Russland, Europa og Midtøsten.

For sommersesongen i år har flyselskapet airBaltic nye ruter fra Riga til Malaga, Lisboa. Split i Kroatia, Bordeaux, Almaty i Kasakhstan, Gdansk, samt Sotsji og Kaliningrad i Russland.
